The firm said through a roadshow, it would highlight the company’s commitment to address the issue through its own developments, which were designed to provide high-quality and affordable housing options.

In a statement by Palton Morgan Holdings Commercial Director, Oladimeji Olatunji-Audu, the firm said successful real estate projects could result in greater economic activity, including the creation of jobs, a rise in the demand for building supplies and services, as well as possible tax revenue for the government.

He added that the meeting would also be a marketing event focused on promoting luxury real estate products, with a particular emphasis on the Rockhampton project.

He noted that the goal was to attract high-net-worth individuals as potential buyers.
